What is Events?

Events is a brand new feature on JackpotJoy Slots that rewards you as you play! Tap on the Events tab on the right-hand side of the lobby to get started!

How do I play?

Each event is made up of Quests and each Quest has Missions to complete.

Once you have completed a Quest, the next Quest will unlock for you to start. When you’ve achieved all the Quests you will have finished the Event and receive a prize!

There may sometimes be a Special Quest, complete this and win an even bigger prize!

Tap on the Events tab on the left-hand side of the game to open the Events Hub. Here you can track your progress and keep an eye on how long you have left to complete the Event!

During an Event all slots that are featured will be unlocked for the duration of the Event.

If you ever need a quick reminder of how to play Events, the tutorial video is always available in the Events Hub!

What is Favorties?

Favorites allows you to save your favorite slots in an easily accessible tab on the left-hand side of the main lobby. You’ll see it has a white star on it, tap here and open your Favorites!

Favorites on iOS

To add a slot to you Favorites tab on an iOS device simply tap and hold on the slot tile and when the star appears tap on that. To remove a slot from your Favorites tab, tap and hold the tile, then tap on the star icon when it appears.

Favorties on a PC, laptop or computer

To add a slot to your Favorites tab on a PC, laptop or computer hover your mouse over the game tile and when the Star icon appears click on it. To remove a slot from your Favorites tab, hover your mouse of the game tile and click on the star when it appears.

General

Most of the time, problems loading the game are caused by your internet connection. Older computers can also have problems from time to time, and Facebook can sometimes have problems of its own.

We do have some quick fixes you can try which usually solve the issue:

  • Ensure that you have cleared your cache and browsing data.

  • If you have any ad-blockers or toolbars installed on your browser, please ensure that they're turned off or disabled.

  • Ensure that you are running the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

  • Please check the game on a different browser, as well as closing all other browser tabs and any other games you may have running.

  • If you have antivirus software installed, please make sure that the settings allow Facebook apps.

  • If none of these steps work, let us know at Customer Support and we'll do our best to get you back playing again soon! Please bear in mind that if the problem is related to your computer or your internet provider we will not be able to fix this.

We’re pleased to announce that Jackpotjoy slots is available on most iOS devices as well as an extensive range of Android and Kindle products. You can find the app by navigating to the ‘App Store’ (iOS), ‘Google Play’ (Android) and ‘Amazon Store’ (Kindle).

Most of the time, this is caused by your internet access being interrupted. Often, this error will say something along the lines of "The Page Cannot be Found". This is usually a temporary problem, and you can come back to play when your internet connectivity resumes.

 

Errors can also be caused by:

  • Connection problems (e.g. where you have slow or intermittent internet access)

  • Problems with your computer, for example certain programs running at the same time as our slots, or very old computer hardware

 

In the vast majority of cases, waiting for your internet connection to "go back up" and/or refreshing the game page will allow you to access the game as normal. However, if this kind of problem occurs frequently, it might be worth speaking to our Customer Support team as they may be able to fix things for you. In particular, if you're using a wifi connection, your connection may drop depending on any interference, so make sure you're a suitable distance from your wifi router.


Wherever possible, we'll try to let you know about any issues that might cause you to be unable to play our slots. Usually, we do this by posting on our Facebook Fan Page, so please keep an eye out for announcements!

First, find the slot that you wish to add to your Favorites. Next, tap and hold on the game tile and when the Star icon appears, tap it to add the slot to your Favorites.

Slots can be removed from your Favorites tab by tapping and holding on the tile, then tapping on the star icon when it appears.

Simply tap and hold the game tile and when the bin icon appears tap on it to remove the slot.

First, find the slot that you wish to add to your Favorites. Next, hover your mouse over the game tile and when the Star icon appears, tap it to add the slot to your Favorites.

Slots can be removed from your Favorites tab by hovering your mouse over the tile, then tapping on the star icon when it appears.

VIP Plus

VIP Plus is a new addition to our VIP Loyalty Programme which offers our players additional benefits for their VIP Tier for an allocated time.

VIP Plus can be activated by purchasing a coin package which is marked with the Plus symbol. Once a VIP Plus package has been purchased, you will receive additional benefits for 7 days immediately.

You will receive a new set of multipliers on all bonuses and purchases which will be valid for 7 days. Check out the VIP Tab in game to see which benefits are available to you on your VIP Tier.

If VIP Plus is activated on your account you can restart the 7 days of benefits by purchasing another qualifying coin package.

Jackpotjoy Rewards

Jackpotjoy Rewards is a brand-new VIP system designed to reward loyal spinners with a range of exciting bonuses, on top of our current bonus system. Purchasing coins will award you with VIP points. As you earn more VIP points you can increase your tier. The higher your tier the better your daily bonus and timed bonuses are, and you’ll also get improved coin offers!

Every Jackpotjoy Slots player is eligible to become a rewards member. Current players will be automatically given their VIP points and sorted into the correct tier. New players will start in the Bronze tier.

Depending on your tier, you’ll be awarded multipliers based on our current bonus system meaning your bonus will increase along with your daily spin coins. This will give you longer playing times and a bigger coin balance.

VIP points are used to sort players into their Jackpotjoy Rewards tier. They are earned by purchasing coins from our store. The amount of VIP points you are awarded is dependant on your purchase, please check the "Buy Coins" screen for more information.

Each Jackpotjoy Rewards tier requires a certain amount of VIP points to obtain. You can see how many VIP points you have on the Overview tab. Here you’ll see your total and how many you need to gain the benefit of the next tier.

 

Alternatively, on the purchase screen you’ll be able to see a special highlighted option. This option will guarantee an upgrade to the next tier upon a successful purchase.

No. You’ll never be downgraded from a tier after achieving it. As long as you keep your account data safe you’ll always receive the benefit of the tier you’ve earned. We strongly recommend that you keep your data safe by logging in either by Facebook or with your email.

No. Jackpotjoy Reward VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or Jackpotjoy Slots coins.

On the rare occasion, when the game crashes, you might notice a change in your coin balance. This can happen for several reasons.

In the vast majority of cases, especially when the game crashes in a bonus round, the coins you would have been awarded are automatically added to your balance. Bear in mind that this credit may be delayed, and you may need to refresh the game page a couple of times to see this effect.

Very rarely, mostly after extended periods of uninterrupted play, the game on your computer can go "out of sync" with our servers. This can cause your coin balance to appear to be growing, because the game fails to register spent coins properly on your display. When you reload the game, it checks for the correct total, and adjusts the coin balance that appears in your game to your TRUE coin balance. This would result in a sudden decrease where the cause of the reload is a crash.

Facebook

There isn't! Our page, Jackpotjoy Slot Machines Community, is the ONLY official Fan Page for our slots on Facebook.

Other pages may be fan tribute pages, or may have been set up to impersonate Jackpotjoy Slots and distribute scam links.

THESE LINKS ARE SCAMS, and are not affiliated with JPJ Slots in any way. Many of these scams are designed to get access to your Facebook wall, or to get players to download harmful programs to their computers. Links for free coins posted by players in Fan Page comments, even by people you know, will usually be scam links.

If you've followed the instructions provided by one of these links, and the link told you to install a Facebook app, or approve access to your wall, you should revoke the app's privileges immediately. You should be able to do this via the "My Apps" link, which is in "App Center". You can find this in the sidebar on the left of your Facebook feed.

Currently, our free coin links don't work when clicked on some mobile devices. If you're encountering this problem, please use a desktop browser to ensure that you get your coins.

On rare occasions, mostly after extended periods of uninterrupted play, the game on your computer can go "out of sync" with our servers. This is called a "cache error". A cache error can cause your coin balance to appear to be growing, because the game fails to register spent coins properly on your display.

When you reload the game, it checks for the correct total, and adjusts the coin balance that appears in your game to reflect your TRUE coin balance. This is why you might notice a sudden decrease.

If you're sure that a cache error isn't a possibility, please contact our Customer Support team and they'll be able to check your balance history, and get to the bottom of the problem.

Coins, Gifts and XP

The standard bonus coins timer is set to countdown every 4 hours. There are a range of special promotions that can be running at any given time, that will change this. If you find that your bonus timer changes, it will most likely be that a promotion has just ended (or begun). The game will reload, but don't worry, you won't lose any spins or bets you've made.

Our timed promotions include:

  • Standard Bonus - bonus coins awarded every 4 hours.

  • Rush Bonus - bonus coins awarded every 2 hours.

  • Super Rush Bonus - bonus coins awarded every 1 hour.

  • Double Bonus - double the amount of bonus coins are awarded every 4 hours.

We recommend that you keep up-to-date with the official Jackpotjoy Fan Page, as in-game promotions will be communicated there.

"XP" is short for "experience points". As you play our slots, you'll earn experience points for each line on every reel you spin. When you've earned enough experience points, you'll "level up", e.g. move from Level 1 up to Level 2.

Levelling up gives you these benefits:

  • You can unlock new slots to play

  • You can bet more coins, which means you win more from each spin

  • Your daily spin bonuses and hourly bonuses increase

The higher your current level, the more experience points you need to collect to move to the next level after that. And the more you bet per spin, the faster you earn experience points.

Please bear in mind that the amount it's possible to gain from friend gifts (i.e. both wedges and coin gifts) is subject to a daily limit. This is most likely the cause of your gifting issues; we find that the majority of players who contact us about this problem have loads of friends!

In cases where a player has a very large number of Facebook friends who play Jackpotjoy Slots, other problems may occur with both sending and receiving gifts. This is a known issue, and it may be related to how our game interacts with systems we use that are provided by third parties — sadly, this is beyond our control.

As a rule, we're unable to credit missed gifts or bonuses to players' accounts. However, if you find this kind of problem happens regularly, please contact our Customer Support team, as they may be able to fix the problem.

You can earn more Bonus Coins by levelling up in our games. The higher level your are, the higher your bonus coin amount will be.

If you feel there is a technical issue with your Bonus Coins or XP level please contact our Customer Support team. Please bear in mind that we are unable to provide information on Bonus Coins and XP that are above your current level.

Tournaments

Fire and Ice bonuses are a feature of our tournaments. The bonuses reward winning and losing streaks.

The Fire and Ice meter appears at the right hand side of the slots screen. The upper portion is the Fire bar, and the lower portion is the Ice bar. Only MAX BETS will affect the bar; if you bet at anything other than max, the meter will be reset.

If the meter is empty, and you get three consecutive winning spins while playing in a tournament, you'll be "on Fire". Players on Fire get an immediate bonus of 5,000 points. After that, each spin will give you a bonus of 2,000, 4,000 or 6,000 points, depending on how many total spins you've made while on Fire. You'll be able to tell how much you're getting by looking at the intensity of the flames around the bar!

Losing spins will decrease the amount of energy in your Fire bar, while winning spins will increase it back up. If you suffer too many losing spins in quick succession, you'll no longer be on Fire, and the meter will reset to normal.

If the meter is empty, and you get 6 consecutive losing spins, you'll be "on Ice". Players on Ice get an immediate bonus of 2,500 points. However, the point total you receive for being on Ice is held in a bonus pot, and you only receive the total bonus when you "break out of Ice".

Each losing spin will give you a bonus of 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 points, depending on how many total spins you've made while on Ice. You'll be able to tell how much you're getting by looking at the thickness of the ice around the bar!

There are several ways to break out of Ice. You can break out if:

  • You get enough winning spins in succession to decrease the Ice bar all the way

  • You run out of credits

  • The tournament time limit runs out

When you break out, your Ice Bonus is added to your score.

It's important to pay attention to the number of players who enter each tournament. Only a certain percentage of total players in each tournament are eligible for a prize.

The list displayed before players enter a tournament shows the prizes available, assuming 100 PLAYERS enter the tournament. If fewer than 100 people enter the tournament, the number of eligible positions decreases in proportion to the actual number of players. The amount payable to each winner also decreases this way. If you've received a prize in a tournament, you'll be notified of this by a pop-up.

For example: I play in a Houdini tournament, and I end up in 20th place. According to the roster, I'm eligible for a prize of 8,250 coins, if 100 players compete in that tournament. However, only 50 people actually enter. Because only a certain percentage of total players are eligible for a prize, this means I would actually get no prize at all.
